Curriculum
Guide:
Children
learn through play that is active, child-selected, and process-oriented.
It is through play that children develop the cognitive (problem
solving, abstract symbolism), social (listening, speaking,
sharing), language (expression of ideas, communication), physical
(gross and fine motor, spatial), emotional (self-esteem, self-reliance)
and creative (artistic, dramatic) skills needed to become
confident learners.
Our preschool curriculum is designed to encourage hands-on
exploration of age appropriate concepts and skills which have
been introduced in a large group (circle time setting).
